hey first of all, ash looks so lively and full of fun, i like her.
But we're artists and we should help each other grow and be better, so i hope you don't mind me pointing out some things that concern me as an artist and a viewer.
The idea of yellow hair with blue highlights is pretty  good, but i do think there might be a much better way to execute it.
tbh the hair kinda looks unnatural because of the highlights, for me they're a little bit too bright and the crisp blue lines kinda distract me from the rest of the drawing.
I understand that this is her character design, but there's no way you can transition such bright yellow hair to such bright blue... look im not an expert in digital art but i do think it would look better if you started the highlight with something in between of yellow and blue, then have lighter blue then go to the darker blue, it would look better in my opinion.
Also the shape of the hair is kinda weird so you can definitely look up some references and work on it. Add some shading and lighting to the hair too, you can watch tutorials on how to do so.
It really concerns me when characters have such bright hair, because it just looks kinda distracting and unnatural, maybe play with hue, lightness, saturation etc. to get something more lighter and natural. But this is just my opinion, if bright hair is your thing, go for it.
There's no particular way to do art, but i do suggest you to use references, tutorials, and experiment with your colour choices.
With a little bit more practice i'm sure you'll go a long way in digital art, and i look forward to seeing your improvement in your future artworks.

oh and at last, this is just my persona opinion, i dont mean to offend you or your art in any way, if i did i am really sorry <3
